Qualification for PUCB Recruitment 2024
- Guard with Gun - At least middle class pass and having valid Arms License with own weapon. The candidates from Ex-Army, having All India Arms License and driving skills shall be preferred.
- Senior Accountant / Branch Manager - Post Graduate having at least Seven years of Banking/ NBFC/ Insurance Company experience.
- Junior Accountant / Assistant Branch Manager - Post Graduate having at least Five years of Banking/ NBFC/ Insurance Company experience.
- Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor - Commerce Graduate having at least two years of Banking/ NBFC/ Insurance Company experience. Candidates with MBA in Finance & Marketing shall be preferred.
Pay Scale for PUCB Recruitment 2024
- Guard with Gun - Rs. 22,000/- p.m Fixed
- Senior Accountant / Branch Manager - Rs. 5.40 Lacs per Annum + Incentives, subject to achievement of target
- Junior Accountant / Assistant Branch Manager - Rs. 4.32 Lacs per Annum + Incentives, subject to achievement of target
- Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor - Rs. 2.88 Lacs per Annum + Incentives, subject to achievement of target
