National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is hiring 13 Management Trainees for 2024. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with CA/ICWA/CMA qualifications or an MBA/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance/Financial Management (60% marks required, or 50% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates). The age limit is between 18 to 27 years, with relaxations for certain categories.

The salary during the one-year training period is ₹40,000 per month, and after successful completion, it will be ₹41,200. Candidates will also receive additional benefits. The application fee is ₹700 for General/OBC/EWS candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM candidates are exempt. Applications must be submitted online by 21st November 2024.

Qualification for NFL Recruitment 2024

• Bachelors Degree with pass in final examination of CA/ICWA/CMA from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India(ICAI)/The Institute of Cost Accountant of India or Two years full time / regular MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM with major specialization in Finance / Financial Management with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD/ Departmental candidates).
• For candidates possessing dual degree MBA/ PGDM/PGDBM in Finance/ Financial Management, the qualification should be with major specialization in Finance/ Financial Management and the candidate will have to provide a certificate indicating major specialization in Finance/Financial Management.

Salary for NFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024

• NFL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizer industry.
• The selected candidates, who shall undergo minimum one year training at our various Units/Offices, will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40000 - 3% - 140000 at the Basic Pay of ₹40000 during one year training period.
• On successful completion of training period and on clearance of minimum standards, such candidates will be considered for regularization as Officers in the pay scale of ₹40000- 3% - 140000 at a basic pay of ₹41200/-.
• Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Performance Related Pay, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. as per Company rules in force from time to time during training / after regularization.

Application Fee for NFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024

• General, OBC and EWS category candidates are required to pay non-refundable application fee plus applicable bank charges (if any) through online transfer mode at the time of submission of online application form Management Trainee (F&A) - Rs. 700/- plus applicable Bank Charges.
• No other mode of payment of application fee would be accepted. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Candidates are, therefore, advised to verify their eligibility before payment of application fee. SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ExSM/ Departmental category candidates are not required to pay any application fee.
• It may also be noted that NFL does not seek any other charges/fees except the abovementioned application fee.
