Qualification Details

• MBBS +Diploma in (Ophthalmology) or MS (Ophthalmology) / DNB (Ophthalmology)
• Job Specification: Ophthalmology work of O.PD, Indoor and operation theater.
• Post Qualification Experience: 5 years
• MBBS + Diploma in Ophthalmology or MS (Ophthalmology) / DNB (Ophthalmology) from any recognized University with valid State Medical Council /MCI Registration.
• Candidate possessing regular/full time qualifications prescribed above is only eligible to apply. In other words, the qualifications acquired through part time/correspondence/distance education/E-learning course are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

Upper age limit is 65 Years as on the date of Advertisement. No further relaxation is admissible.

Salary

• Applicants are required to clearly indicate the expected remuneration per visit (considering minimum 02 hrs. visit) in the application form. In addition to the remuneration per visits (fixed by HAL) the visiting consultant performing surgeries would be paid an extra amount of Rs. 1400/- per surgery.
• The surgery would be conducted during the period of their regular visiting hours only. Plus as per applicable rules of HAL at the time of engagement selected candidate (visiting consultant) will be eligible for conveyance reimbursement (per visit)

Selection Procedure

• Suitable candidates from amongst the applicants will be shortlisted for Interview. Personal interview will be conducted at Industrial Health Center, HAL, Ojhar Township.
• Final selection will be made based on the performance in the Interview. Candidates are required to possess a valid E-mail ID, so that intimation regarding interview can be sent.
• HAL will not be responsible for bouncing of any E-mail sent to the candidates by E-mail. The exact timing of the Interview will be intimated to the candidates through e-mail.
