Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Applications are invited by Employees’ State Insurance Corporation proposes to fill up the Teaching Faculty posts – Associate Professor and Assistant Professor on Contractual basis for ESIC Dental College, Rohini, New Delhi from the eligible candidates in the prescribed format.

Qualification for ESIC Recruitment 2024
Medical Faculty: A s per Teachers Eligibility Qualification in the Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 dated 14.02.2022 issued by NMC *For BDS graduates having MSc degree in the subjects of Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Human Biochemistry, General Pathology, Pharmacology, and Microbiology, qualification and experience as per DCI Circular no. DCI/ARPM/R/Gen/Gen/130/2023-24/2023/4424 dated 3/10/2023.
Dental Faculty: As per Dental Council of India BDS Regulations 2007
Pay Scale for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- Associate Professor: Rs. 168317/- per month
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 144607/- per month
- Further, dearness allowance (DA) shall be payable on rates, so revised, from time to time. However, no payment towards arrear of DA shall be payable.
- No other allowances will be paid in addition to the consolidate remuneration.
Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- Medical Faculty: Not exceeding 67 years as on the last date for receipt of application forms
- Dental Faculty: Not exceeding 62 years as on the last date for receipt of application forms
Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2024
- The applicant has to submit the application fee in the form of Demand Draft as per the details given below:
- SC/ST/PWD/Department Candidates/Female Candidates & Ex-Servicemen - Nil
- All other categories: Rs. 500/-
- If any candidate wishes to appear for more than one post, he or she must provide separate sets of application forms, documents, photographs and separate Demand Draft (if applicable) for each post applied.
Selection Procedure for ESIC Recruitment 2024
(i) Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the walk-in-interview conducted by the ESIC Selection Board.
(ii) The minimum qualifying marks during the walk-in-interview shall be as under: UR category – 50% SC/ST/PWD candidates – 40% OBC category– 45%
(iii) The result of the walk-in-interview shall be published and uploaded on the website and no inquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
(iv) In case the selected candidate does not join, the next candidate in the panel will be offered the appointment.

- Candidate should report by 9:00 A.M. at the venue on the scheduled date of walk-in-interview
- Candidate should produce all original document in respect of all the parameters in the form at the time of verification on the day of walk-in-interview.
- Please bring duly filled and signed application form in the prescribed format along with the original set of all relevant certificates.
- One set of self-attested copies of all the original documents, two recent passport size photographs and the relevant certificates should be submitted at the time of verification on the day of walk-in-interview.
