Qualification for CIL Recruitment 2024
Degree in Mining Engineering with First class Certificate.
Nature of work
a. Provide expert guidance on securing land, environmental, and forest clearances to meet regulatory requirements efficiently.
b. Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to accelerate project approvals and address compliance issues promptly.
c. Offer technical expertise to optimize coal production in both underground (UG) and open-cast (OC) mining operations.
d. Recommend best practices and advanced mining techniques to enhance productivity while ensuring safety standards.
e. Lead sustainability initiatives aimed at minimizing environmental impacts of coal production.
f. Advise on technological advancements, including automation and digitalization, to improve operational efficiency.
Pay Scale for CIL Recruitment 2024
- Compensation/ honorarium - Rs. 1,50,000/-
- Conveyance charges: Company shall provide Conveyance for full time Sr. Advisor as per availability. However, where conveyance is not provided, they shall be eligible for 5% of consolidated pay per month as conveyance charges.
- Reimbursement for mobile telephone- reimbursement for the use of mobile telephone based on the actual bills or Rs. 750/- per month whichever is less.
Age Limit for CIL Recruitment 2024
Maximum Age will be 65 years, however CIL reserves its right to select eligible candidates above 65 years also with Competent Approval.
