Qualification for BEML Recruitment 2024
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, such as Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/ Green Belt) or Certified Lean Manufacturing Consultant.
Desirable knowledge :
- In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, JIT, etc.). Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI) processes.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Should have at least 15+ years of experience in manufacturing industries with focus on Lean implementation (in large industries). Among the experience a minimum of 5 years of Consultancy level experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Work experience in heavy machinery industries, transport systems (Railways/ Metro) or complex engineering products would be added advantage. Understanding engineering-specific challenges, including supply chain management, equipment maintenance, and process efficiency.
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency, waste reduction, and lead time improvement. Experience in handling large teams & having cross-functional collaboration.
Pay Scale for BEML Recruitment 2024
The monthly Compensation will commensurate with his/her experience/ credentials, last drawn CTC, etc

Age Limit for BEML Recruitment 2024
The maximum age limit for Consultants (all categories) will be 61 years. Age & Experience stipulated above should be as on 15.11.2024. On selection, the incumbent will be initially engaged for a fixed tenure of one year. Management may extend the duration further by One/Two year(s) maximum upto the age of 65 years.
